2024 Event
Pastor Sandra Pate (upper left corner with Liz Doyle) and her team put on an amazing event for She Leads Louisiana 2024 Honorees. State Representative Kathy Edmonston (bottom right corner) was in attendance as well. As a part of the event, an official proclamation from the Governor Jeff Landry was read.
Nominate a Woman of Distinction
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light..." I Peter 2:9
Do you know a Christian Woman of Distinction?
We like to say that our Father “whispers” in our spirit who to honor for His glory in the name o the Lord Jesus Christ! We want to encourage and empower His daughters who are doing a great work in their area of influence.
Do you hear a whisper of someone who has a voice that needs to be heard? Who needs to stand with other women for life and on the Word of God? Who is not looking for a network but to netweave her prayers, skill, talents and gifts with like-minded sisters of the Christian faith?
Nominate a Woman of Distinction
Is there someone you know outside of Louisiana?
We are praying and seeking to find 10 exceptional women to honor and whose names will be entered into the Congressional Record on October 10, 2025 at the She Leads America 5th Annual Gala to be held at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC.

About She Leads Louisiana
In 2021, Liz Doyle founded She Leads America to find accomplished Christian women leaders to honor for their walk of faith in Christ. Now a dynamic and diverse organization with a Biblical worldview, our Honoree network prays together, builds relationships, and shares strategies, resources and opportunities to serve. State Chapters exist in 14 states along with She Leads Native America, She Leads UK and She Leads Pakistan. More chapters will start in 2025. To God be the glory!
Our 2023 inaugural brunch was held on November 4 at the Hilton Capitol Center in downtown Baton Rouge. An expression of commendation by Senator Rick Edmonds formally established our efforts and Representative Valarie Hodges issued certificates to 26 Christian women of distinction.
Then in 2024, at a High Tea held on October 19 at the Windsor Court Hotel in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Representative Kathy Edmonston was on hand to honor 30 women and Governor Jeff Landry issued a commendation.
